Jennifer Haynes

Chief Operating Officer

Jennifer serves as the Chief Operating Officer, bringing over 25 years of experience in juvenile justice and child welfare services. Prior to joining BAYS in 2015 she spent 15 years with the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice, including serving as a Chief Probation Officer. During her career, she has worked on several major initiatives around juvenile justice and child welfare reform while overseeing community-based program operations. Jennifer has a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Florida and a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida.
