Madison O’Hern

Director of Administration

Madison joined the BAYS team in May 2016 as the Executive Assistant to the CEO. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Healthcare from the University of South Florida. In 2024, Madison was promoted to Director of Administration. In her current role, she oversees and coordinates organizational initiatives that support BAYS' mission and strategic growth. She leads the tracking and reporting of the BAYS Strategic Plan, oversees the BAYS Success Program, coordinates fund development initiatives, and manages organization-wide events. Madison is a certified American Red Cross First Aid, CPR, and AED Instructor and is a commissioned Notary Public for the State of Florida. Outside of work, Madison enjoys spending time with her family, playing in the water with her young son and dogs.
