Accounting Manager

Heather Clements joined BAYS in 2021 as Staff Accountant. She was promoted to Staff Accountant II, then advanced to Accounting Manager in 2024.

In this role, she oversees all financial operations, including detailed budgeting, accurate reporting, and maintaining the fiscal accountability that supports BAYS’ mission-driven work.

Her financial expertise forms a critical foundation for the organization’s ability to invest in innovative programs and long-term sustainability. Heather is deeply committed to BAYS' mission, recognizing that sound financial stewardship plays a key role in transforming lives and strengthening communities throughout the state.
