Cedrika Young

Regional Director, Behavioral Health Services

Cedrika joined BAYS in 2020 as a FFT Therapist with the BFC Jacksonville program. In 2022, she was promoted to Site Director and has continued to grow within the organization. She now serves as the Regional Director of Behavioral Health Services, providing oversight and leadership for BAYS’ Behavioral Health programs across the Northeast Region of Florida.

Cedrika is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an extensive background in delivering case management and clinical services to children and families. She holds both a Bachelor and Master of Social Work degree from The Florida State University.

Her passion for helping others stems from both professional experiences and personal challenges, fueling her commitment to empowering individuals to overcome depression, anxiety, and other life stressors. From the start of her career as an FFT therapist serving youth and families involved in the Juvenile Justice system, Cedrika has remained dedicated to fostering resilience and positive change in the communities she serves.
