Operations Manager, Behavioral Health Services

Diamond Jones, RCSWI, serves as the Operations Manager of Behavioral Health Services at BAYS and brings more than 10 years of experience in behavioral health, program management, and human services. Prior to joining BAYS, her experience included program management and accessibility services within higher education. Diamond holds dual master’s degrees in Social Work and Human Services, bringing both clinical and operational perspectives to her leadership.

Diamond joined BAYS in 2025 as Program Director for STRIVE and later transitioned to Program Director for the BFC Functional Family Therapy program. In 2026, she advanced into her current role, where she supports Behavioral Health operations with a focus on program development, operational consistency, leadership support, staff development, and quality services for the youth and families BAYS serves. Her leadership philosophy is simple: support people well, build strong systems, and create space for meaningful growth and impact.
