Jasmine Sandiford
Regional Director, Behavioral Health Services
Jasmine Sandiford joined BAYS in 2023 as the Program Director for the BFC Functional Family Therapy (FFT) programs in Osceola and Brevard counties. In 2026, she was promoted to Regional Director, where she provides leadership and support to behavioral health programs across Central Florida. Before joining BAYS, Jasmine worked as a Social Worker in hospital settings, supporting families and patients in the Emergency Department, Labor & Delivery, and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). She also has experience working in a variety of behavioral health settings, including crisis stabilization units, forensic behavioral health, and residential services.
Jasmine earned her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) and her Master of Social Work from Walden University.
Jasmine’s passion for serving children and families started at an early age through her year-round volunteer work with her local Boys & Girls Club in Alabama. That passion continued to grow throughout her career, beginning with her role as Assistant Director of the organization after college and continuing through her work in behavioral health. She is passionate about empowering youth, strengthening families, developing future leaders, and making a positive impact in the communities she serves.
