Assistant Director, CSP

Simikia R. Dixon serves as the Assistant Director of the Community Supervision Program (CSP). Since joining the organization in 2017 as the Circuit Supervisor in Melbourne, Florida, she has been dedicated to supporting youth and families while promoting program quality, operational effectiveness, and positive community outcomes.

In November 2025, Simikia was promoted to Operations Manager for the East Region, where she oversaw multiple circuits, strengthened program performance, supported staff development, and ensured compliance with contractual requirements. Throughout her career with BAYS, she has built strong relationships with juvenile justice stakeholders, community partners, and local leaders.

As Assistant Director, Simikia supports program operations, staff development, and organizational success across multiple service areas. Drawing on nearly a decade of experience with BAYS, she is committed to fostering collaboration, accountability, and high-quality services for youth and families. When she's not working, Simikia enjoys spending time with her two daughters, fishing, reading, and attending jazz concerts.
